• Built extract files from Pacer to populate new portfolio management system (MPower)

• Created access database to cross reference data (portfolios, securities, etc) between old and new system data through various queries

• Performed routine reconciliation between the two systems.

• Worked with internal staff and new vendor to design new data extracts to feed the existing performance measurement system.

• Performed most of the QA functions on the new data extract files.

• Due to the seasonal nature it was critical to be able to motivate employees during peak periods (Jan. to April) and manage layoffs during slow seasons.

• Responsibilities included the hiring and training of new and returning staff.

• Both accuracy and efficiency were critical to the day to day performance of the team.
