Carl E. Køhn is a seasoned data processing professional with experience in hardware, systems software, and applications development as well as experience in management and executive positions.  He is a Professional Engineer with a M. Sc. in Solid-State Electronics.

Carl's career includes Air Force experience as a Telecommunications Officer, university involvement as an Associate Director of the University of Waterloo's Computing Centre and Assistant Professor in Computer Science, and business experience as Director of Computer Technology and Assistant Vice President (Systems) for Bell Canada.  He founded CEK Associates Inc. in 1982, specializing in Computers and Communications.

Carl consults for clients requiring assistance with the definition, development and installation of computer and communications based applications.  He currently specializes in the selection, installation and performance management of  scalable  Client/Server-SQL based transaction systems.  With microcomputers he specializes in multi-user applications on Local Area and Wide Area Networks.
